From what time can you check in to the hotel?
Check-in time is from 13:00 and check-out is until 12:00. Our reception service is 24 hours a day and we offer late check out until 1:00 p.m. upon availability and until 3:00 p.m. with a supplement.
Our breakfast schedule is:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. | Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 09:00 to 11:00.
If for any reason you need to have breakfast earlier, please inform them upon arrival.
If you want to have breakfast in the room, it is possible with a supplement.
Can you have lunch or dinner at the hotel? In what time?
Yes, both. Our lunch service is every day from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and dinner from 8:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday and from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday night. It is advisable to book in advance, since our Restaurant is open to the general public and there may not be availability. You can see our menus in the restaurant section of our website. If you have a food intolerance or require a special menu, let us know so we can take it into account.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE SPA
Opening hours: From 09:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Duration of the circuit: 1 hour.
Essential: Book the access time at the time of making the reservation. The use of a swimsuit, flip-flops and a swimming cap is mandatory. If you forget any of these accessories, we have them for sale at reception. If you hire the SPA from our website, we provide you with a towel and bathrobe loan.

Can I get a massage at any time during my stay? Our team of masseurs only make the treatments prior reservation, that is to say that at least, you have to request the massage 24 hours in advance, otherwise, we cannot guarantee its availability.

Where is the winery?
Inside the Hotel, you do not have to travel to visit our winery, it is all in the same building.
When are the visits?
Visits are made only if there are a minimum of 6 people interested in doing it, so it is necessary to book in advance.
Normally the hours of the visits are; 11:00. It last between 1 hour and a half o 2 hours.
What does the visit consist of?
The first thing is to visit the vineyard and if weather does not allow it, it is explained from the inside but always with views of the vineyard. Then, we enter the winery to explain the entire winemaking process, visit the barrel warehouse and finish with a tasting of 2 of our wines.
Are there more types of visits? Yes, of course, if you want to make a personalized or exclusive visit for two or for a particular group, contact us for conditions.
Can the wines be tasted without visiting? Of course, we have a winebar, inside the barrel warehouse, where you can taste our wines in a unique and exclusive environment.
In addition to applying all Anti COVID regulations and health recommendations, we guarantee capacity control in common areas and restaurants.
Can you have breakfast, lunch or dinner in the garden?
Yes, of course, as long as weather permits and book in advance.
