Quaternary alluvial soils, dominated by boulders.

Elaboration
All the grapes are selected before entering warehouse. one prefermentiva maceration is performed cold at 10 for three days, and then the temperature is increased up to 28 ° C during alcoholic fermentation which lasts for 7 days. To preserve the fruit aromas short maceration of 6 days once finished the alcoholic fermentation takes place.
The wine once malolactic fermentation, aged in French and American oak 1 to 3 years to an average aged for 5 months.
After a slight clarification is stabilized by cold, before bottling.
